Terms of Service

By accessing and using CleanOver's cleaning services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

CleanOver provides professional cleaning services for vacation rentals, including turnover cleaning, refresh cleaning, and deep cleaning services. All services are performed by trained, insured professionals with photo verification and GPS tracking.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment authorization. We accept various payment methods and provide transparent pricing. Payment is processed after service completion unless otherwise arranged. No upfront charges are required.

We offer same-day service when available. Standard booking requires 24-hour notice. Service windows are 2-4 hours for turnover cleaning, 1-2 hours for refresh cleaning, and 4-6+ hours for deep cleaning.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before scheduled service receive full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We guarantee our work and will return to correct any issues within 24 hours of service completion at no additional charge. All work is backed by photo verification and detailed service reports.

Our cleaners are fully insured and bonded. CleanOver maintains liability insurance covering all service activities. We are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions or guest damages.

We respect your privacy and protect all personal information. Property access information is encrypted and securely stored. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.

We currently serve Puerto Vallarta and surrounding areas including Marina Vallarta, Versalles, Fluvial, Romantic Zone, and Nuevo Vallarta. Service availability may vary by location.
